This superb dark chocolate is hand crafted in Mission Beach, Queensland, from single origin Trinitario/Amazonia cocoa beans from Madang Province, Papua New Guinea. The chocolate is bold and earthy with fruity overtones. We then add generous sized Macadamia Praline pieces made from Australian Macadamias.
We craft this chocolate “Bean to Bar from Single Origin beans. Single Origin means that the cocoa beans come only from a specified region and are not blended with others, similar to fine wine. We know the grower personally and can so attest to the beans being grown ethically and sustainably.
Our dark chocolate is gluten free and suitable for Vegans. We do NOT use palm oil, palm oil derivatives, flavours, stabilisers or flavour enhancers.
Allergy Advice: Contains Tree Nuts (Macadamias), Soy.
Storage: Best refrigerated, then allow to warm slightly before enjoying.
